What ages are boxes for?

Our boxes are suitable for all ages and we recommend age 13+ for independent use. Younger children may need parent support. Game parts are not suitable for infants and toddlers and may be a choking hazard.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you have any questions or are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at info@buildgamebox.com.

Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on single purchase items unless they are damaged or broken from shipping. Please contact us and we will replace any items damaged in transit.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order within 5 days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

We employ local and global artisans to select from highly curated game parts. Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $16 dollars for shipping in the US per box. Shipping is free for all orders over $99. We do not ship internationally at this time.
